Valériane Leroy is a clinical epidemiologist, research director at Inserm, France, with a specific interest in maternal, child and adolescent health related to infectious diseases (HIV, HBV, respiratory viruses and its prevention) in low-income countries, especially in West Africa. Her main research interests are the burden of HIV during pregnancy, mother-to-child transmission and its prevention, treatment and outcomes in children then adolescents living with HIV to improve their survival and quality of life. Since 2017, she have expanded my research on maternal, child and adolescent global health.
